Man fatally shot after getting into wrong car

A Frankford man didn’t recognize his friend’s car and it cost him his life early Saturday morning.

According to police, Malcolm King was standing at the Sunoco station at 780 Adams Ave. shortly after 5 a.m. waiting for a friend to give him a ride. When a car pulled into the lot, King hopped into the passenger seat. But it was not his friend’s car.
